Terms & Conditions of making a reservation at Le Grand Bois
Reservations must be made by completing our reservations form. A deposit equal half of the total booking amount is to be paid within two weeks after your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed after the deposit has been received. Deposits are deducted from the full amount, leaving a balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the holiday start date are payable in full. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if these terms are not met. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. Our Cancellation Plan Cancellations are accepted with full refund within 7 working days after receipt of your booking confirmation, except for bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival. Rental accommodation: apartment, safari tent and tunnel tent Arrival in the rental accommodation is from Saturday 4pm and we ask that guests depart before 10am the following Saturday. A damage deposit of 150 euros needs to be paid in cash on arrival. This will be fully refunded unless costs for cleaning or damage need to be deducted. Cleaning fee for apartment €40, cleaning fee for tents €35. All linen and towels are provided except swimming towels.
